The Civil Aviation Authority of Pakistan issued new guidelines on Thursday, making immunization certificates required for boarding domestic flights beginning September 10.
According to the aviation regulation, all passengers above the age of 18 would be required to be completely vaccinated before boarding any domestic aircraft.
People who have only had a partial vaccination will no longer be permitted to board aircraft after September 10, according to the announcement.
For domestic flights, the CAA has made Covid vaccination mandatory.

The exemption for people who have only had the first injection of the two-shot Covid vaccination will also expire on September 10 if they do not obtain their second shot on time, according to CAA.
To fly on domestic aircraft, all passengers above the age of 18 will need to be vaccinated against Covid, according to a CAA advice.
CAA announced the ban on unvaccinated persons earlier this month, and as the deadline approaches, on September 10, it has issued a formal notification to that extent.
