According to the Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee, the Ramazan moon has been Sighted in Pakistan, and the holy month will begin tomorrow (Sunday).
Peshawar hosted the central moon-sighting committee, which was presided over by Chairman Maulana Abdul Khabir Azad. The moon was observed by the Punjab zonal committee, which will report the sighting to the central committee.
The crescent moon was visible in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad, according to first reports.
