On the 24th of this month, the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority (SMEDA) will hold a one-day training workshop on “Pakistan Single Window” for profitable business growth.
According to sources in the authority, the session would take place at the Pakistan Electric Fan Manufacturers Association (PEFMA) in Gujrat.
SMEDA will host the session as part of the National Business Development Program (NBDP) for SMEs, which aims to provide non-financial advising services to small and medium firms.
The training program will cover the World Trade Organization’s (WTO) concept of a national single window, key elements of the WTO’s Trade Facilitation Agreement (TFA), understanding PSW, the subscription process for traders, manufacturers-cum-importers, and exporters, custom clearing agents, and custom agents’ authorization and de-authorization.
