Hasan Adeel, an 11-year-old schoolboy turned social worker from Karachi is inspiring us with his work!
He is Pakistan’s youngest social worker who has founded a Non-Government Organization- NGO Bhookay Nahi Soyengai to help the poor and hungry.
This young man has been making headlines with his mission to ensure that no one will go to bed hungry in his city.
Hasan explains that his idea started during the lockdown in March.
He suddenly came up with an idea as the lockdown was affecting many underprivileged people. He asked his mother to cook some daal and told his father to bring 100 rotis home one day. And when his father asked the reason, he said he wanted to go out and distribute the food. He carried out food and ration distribution efforts during Ramzan and also arranged for combine Qurbani during Eid-ul-Azha 2020.
Hassan’s words are not only an inspiration to others, but they are also a sign of hope. In a country like Pakistan where hunger and poverty are the biggest issues faced by millions, Hassan has become a beacon of hope. He is proof that there is always light at the end of the tunnel and that no matter what circumstances you are born into, you can always make a difference in the world.
