Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has left for London on a private visit from Egypt, according to Marriyum Aurangzeb, the Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting.
She wrote in a tweet, “Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif left for London on a private flight after attending the COP 27 summit.
On Tuesday, PM Shehbaz also met with Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman of Saudi Arabia and the Saudi Crown Prince. He expressed confidence that the Crown Prince’s upcoming trip to Pakistan will advance bilateral relations.
According to a statement from the PM Office, “Both sides expressed determination to further strengthen the multilateral partnership between the two brotherly countries,” a statement from the PM Office added. During the meeting, the two leaders also discussed regional and global issues of mutual interest.
