The eighth season of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) has been announced by Najam Sethi, chairman of the PCB Management Committee.
The eagerly anticipated league will be held in Karachi, Multan, Lahore, and Rawalpindi from February 13 to March 19.
The PSL 8 will be split into two legs, with matches taking place at Multan Cricket Stadium and National Bank Cricket Arena from February 13 to February 26 and then at Gaddafi Stadium and Pindi Cricket Stadium from February 26 to March 19. The Qualifier, two Eliminators, and the Final will all take place from March 15–19 at the cricket stadium in Pakistan.
Most of the matches will be played in Rawalpindi, which will host 11, while nine matches will be played in each Karachi, Lahore, and Multan. Multan will host the opening ceremony for the first time ever.
The tournament will feature more than 36 foreign competitors from ten different countries.
