Recently, ChatGPT launched by OpenAI has seen tremendous success, with 100 million monthly users recorded just in January. As an AI chatbot, ChatGPT incorporates both a language learning model and a machine learning model, enabling natural language generation tasks with high precision. It has been trained on a vast amount of data and constantly monitored to maintain top accuracy.
Both a free version and a paid premium option are available for the platform.
If you haven’t tried ChatGPT yet, here’s a quick guide on how to use it.
1. Go to open AI website: https://openai.com/blog/chatgpt/
2. Click on the Try CHATGPT.
3. ChatGPT will ask you to log in or sign up using your email address.
4. You can create an account on ChatGPT using Gmail or a Microsoft account.
5. Upon account creation, you will be presented with a screen containing notices regarding the potential monitoring of your conversations with ChatGPT for performance evaluation purposes. The window will also show Examples, Capabilities, and Limitations of the chatbot
6. Start a chat by using the message box located at the bottom of the interface.
7. You can continue the chat by typing in the message box with a new or follow-up message.
8. To start a new conversation, click on the ‘New Chat’ button on the left sidebar to reset the ongoing chat.
