Shehbaz also personally examined the procedure for giving away free wheat flour to the populace. The PM met with residents, especially women and senior persons, and spoke with them about the arrangements. He expressed his happiness with how the populace were receiving free wheat flour. He directed the provision two bags of wheat flour to the woman who had fever.

Shehbaz directed the officials concerned to provide two bags of wheat flour to the citizens so that they would not come back again for the second bag during the holy month of Ramazan.

In Abbasia School, a young person shook hands with the PM as he hugged and talked to a senior citizen named Abdul Majeed. The PM also encountered a resident named Allah Bakhsh who had a high temperature and asked how he was doing.

The Prime Minister was informed that 26 free wheat flour distribution centers had been set up in Bahawalpur, where 721,000 worthy residents were currently receiving bags.

Shehbaz also went to the health facility set up at the distribution center and spoke with the workers there to learn more about the resources and patients. In Multan, Shehbaz undertook visits to various free wheat flour distribution points, ordering officials to extend maximum assistance to the elderly and differently-abled people.

“Elderly, disabled persons and women should get free wheat flour bags without any trouble,” the prime minister said during his visit to a distribution center set up at the District Sports Ground.

The Prime Minister instructed officials to assist elderly and differently-abled individuals who are unable to lift the 10kg bags and help them transport the bags to their bicycles or motorcycles.

In response, the officials assured the Prime Minister that they were already assigned to provide any necessary assistance to elderly, women, and disabled persons.

The Prime Minister expressed satisfaction with the distribution process and commended the Multan administration for their efficient arrangements.

Present at the event were Punjab Chief Secretary Zahid Akhtar Zaman, Commissioner Multan Amir Khatak, Regional Police Officer Suhail Ahmad, and Deputy Commissioner Omar Jahangir.

The commissioner and DC informed the Prime Minister that 75 counters had been set up at the Multan center, which they described as the largest center in south Punjab. They also reported that by noon on Sunday, over 6,500 bags of the 10kg allotment had been distributed, with a total of 20,000 bags scheduled for distribution to the poor.

Additionally, the officials stated that shelters had been established for the public, and arrangements for drinking water were available. Lastly, the officials briefed the Prime Minister on the Ramazan Package and the preparations made for its implementation.
