Hassan Ali, a Pakistani pacer, will be joining Warwickshire Cricket Club’s team for the upcoming County Championship in 2023, the club revealed on Tuesday.
The Warwickshire club announced on Twitter that the seasoned pacer will join them on April 1 to share the exciting news.
“Want some good news? Hassan Ali arrives on Saturday!” the cricket club tweeted.

Up until the end of July, Hassan will participate in County Championship games as well as the T20 Blast, including the final rounds.
Warwickshire secured the pacer for the first four months of the championship last November.
During the opening rounds of the 2022 County Championship, he played for Lancashire. He had two five-wicket hauls and 25 wickets at 20.60.
Hassan, who has represented Pakistan in 22 Tests, 60 ODIs, and 50 T20Is, will be available to the national team during his county season stint.
If he gets selected for Pakistan’s white-ball squad against New Zealand or in ICC Test Championship fixtures against Sri Lanka in July, he will travel to join the national team.
