In recognition of the noble sacrifices given by Pakistan’s martyrs, the government has decided to observe “Pakistan Martyrs Day” at General Headquarters (GHQ) on Thursday, May 25th.
According to the details, the martyrs of the Pakistan Army, Rangers, Police, and other security organisations played a memorable role. Their sacrifices for the motherland’s peace and security, as well as the abolition of terrorism, will never be forgotten.
It has been agreed to commemorate “Pakistan Martyrs Day” on May 25 in order to pay honour to Pakistan’s martyrs.
The purpose of Pakistan Martyrs’ Day is to remember the martyrs’ eternal sacrifices and to spread this message throughout the country. Every Pakistani takes satisfaction in honouring and appreciating martyrs and their families through memorials.
On Pakistan Martyrs’ Day, numerous events will be held across the country to honour Pakistan’s martyrs.
Special programmes and festivities will include Quran reading and prayers for the reward of the martyrs, as well as a salute to the martyrs of Pakistani troops, police, and other law enforcement organisations.
On the occasion of Pakistan Martyrs’ Day, GHQ will have a main ceremony at the Martyrs’ Memorial, while Pakistan Air Force Headquarters, Pakistan Navy Headquarters, will hold ceremonies at various Martyrs’ Memorials.
