Gold prices fell in the domestic market on Friday, following a decline in the foreign market.
According to data from the All-Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association (APSGJA), the price of a tola of gold falls by Rs400 to Rs222,400, while the price of a gramme of 24-carat gold rises by Rs343 to Rs190,672.
The price of the precious metal gold fell by $4 on the international market to settle at $1,918 per ounce.
Meanwhile, the price of silver per tola and per gramme rose by Rs 24 and Rs 21, respectively, to settle at Rs2,463 per tola and Rs2114 per gramme.
