It has seven stores, six indoor and seven outdoor kiosks, 42 sales platforms, a huge store, eight food carts, a children’s playground, outdoor seating and green spaces, men’s and women’s prayer rooms, and public restrooms.

It will be a year-round tourist destination, featuring the Crystal Lagoon, an artificial lake with a beach area, leisure and entertainment facilities, shoreline activities, and watersports.
