An overnight blizzard hit Jerusalem, covering its holy monuments such as the Western Wall and the Dome of the Rock in a blanket of white snow this Thursday.
The snowstorm marked its territory on Wednesday evening, prompting the local authorities to abruptly shut down the main road and public transport.
However gradually it had eased up so the municipality announced to recommence the services.
