The Pakistani rupee saw a modest increase against the US dollar on Monday during the interbank market’s opening trading hours, improving by 0.04%.
Around 10:40 a.m., the interbank currency market saw the rupee trading at 279.25, up Re0.11 against the US dollar.
The rupee weakened slightly last week compared to the US dollar, losing Re0.08 or 0.02% in the interbank market to close at 279.36.
