Endowed with a budget of Rs 12.6 billion, the Roshan Gharana Program endeavors to furnish solar power systems to 50,000 consumers in Punjab. In its initial phase, beneficiaries, particularly those consuming up to 100 units monthly, will be selected through a lottery system. The comprehensive solar package includes cutting-edge solar panels, inverters, batteries, and associated components.
Registration Process for the Roshan Gharana Program:
The program extends financing options catering to diverse needs such as property acquisition, construction, renovation, and land procurement. Participants can avail themselves of equitable monthly installment plans, featuring flexible financing tenures spanning from 3 to 25 years. Financing encompasses up to 85% of the property value for purchase and construction endeavors, and up to 30% for renovation projects.
Eligibility Criteria for the Roshan Gharana Program:
Both salaried and non-salaried individuals are eligible to apply for the program, provided they fulfill specific prerequisites. Salaried applicants are required to furnish a valid NICOP, a Non-Resident RDA account, and demonstrate a minimum of two years of consistent employment.
