Gold prices in the domestic market experienced a notable recovery on Saturday, rebounding after losses in the previous two sessions.
According to data from the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of gold per tola rose by Rs 2,000, bringing it to Rs 284,300. Similarly, the price for 10 grams of gold increased by Rs 714, reaching Rs 243,741.
In the international market, gold also saw a bullish trend, with the price per ounce climbing by $22 to settle at $2,748.
Meanwhile, the price of silver remained unchanged, with per tola silver priced at Rs 3,350 and 10 grams available for Rs 2,872.08.
The previous day, gold had declined, with the per tola price falling by Rs 800 to Rs 282,300, while the price for 10 grams dropped by Rs 682 to Rs 242,031.
Additionally, the Pakistan Stock Exchange achieved a historic milestone on Friday, surpassing the 90,000 points barrier for the first time.
