AirSial, Pakistan’s third private airline, is all set to launch flight operations for Saudi Arabia in order to provide convenience to Umrah pilgrims.
Starting on March 29, the airline will start operating four weekly flights from Lahore to Saudi Arabia, with flights on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays.
Chairman AirSial Fazal Jilani announced that beginning on March 30, the airline would also run weekly flights from Islamabad to Saudi Arabia.
In the second phase, “AirSial will also launch flights from Karachi to Jeddah, Peshawar to Jeddah, and Sialkot to Jeddah,” he added, adding that Airbus320 would be used for Saudi Arabia flights.
Jeelani said that flight operation was launched to facilitate Umrah pilgrims, adding that AirSial would operate 68 flights to Saudi Arabia monthly.
