AirSial, one of Pakistan’s premier airlines, has introduced multiple weekly flights from Lahore, Islamabad, and Sialkot to Muscat, Oman, to meet rising demand.
According to the airline’s social media post, it will operate eight weekly flights from Lahore, Islamabad, and Sialkot to Muscat.
Tickets can also be purchased on AirSial’s official website. Previous reports stated that travelers from Islamabad will have three weekly flights to Muscat, while those from Lahore and Sialkot would have three and two weekly flights, respectively.
Oman’s Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) granted the airline formal permission to operate flights between three major Pakistani cities and Muscat International Airport.
The certification by Oman’s CAA indicates Oman’s confidence in AirSial’s operational capabilities, as well as the continued expansion of Pakistan-Oman bilateral ties.
The decision is expected to enhance trade, tourism, and cultural connection between the two countries, as well as ease people’s travel for a variety of reasons.
