There is not much of a phone that plays sound adequately during calls. Sadly, this is true with some iPhone 12 devices, but Apple will fix them free of charge.
The business has published a new page on its website support offering a free service for fixing phones with battered sound equipment. Specifically, for a tiny proportion of devices produced between October 2020 and April 2021 for iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro. Some phones that meet this description apparently have defective components that prevent the recipient from receiving the sound during telephone conversations, and Apple offers to replace it without touching your bank account.
This may be done by sending your phone and waiting for the APPLE to send you back through a local Apple Store, an approved supplier. However, here there are a number of essential factors.
First of all, iPhone 12 Max and Mini models are not qualified, so if you have this problem with one of them don’t get ready for free servicing. Secondly, before you give over the defective handset to solve the sound problem, “damage which damages the repair capacity” such as a cracked screen should be addressed separately. Depending on the problem and where you get it separated, this might cost money.
Obviously, it’s very lethargic if your iPhone doesn’t have time to make phone calls correctly. Ideally you would have a backup alternative, but it could take you a short length to live without the phone before Apple fixes it again. It will cost you nothing, at least.
