PTI Leader Asad Qaiser Sent to Jail on 14-Day Judicial Remand in Gajju Khan Medical College Corruption Case.
A judicial magistrate in Swabi ordered a 14-day judicial remand for Asad Qaiser, a PTI leader accused of corruption in the procurement of equipment for Gajju Khan Medical College. Qaiser was arrested on November 3 from Bani Gala, Islamabad.
The remand comes after a local court granted the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Anti-Corruption Establishment one-day transit remand earlier in the week. Judicial magistrate Muhammad Khalil presided over the case, formally placing Qaiser in judicial remand amidst the corruption allegations.
