Pakistan’s Asjad Iqbal delivered a commanding 6-0 victory over India’s Malkeet Singh in the semi-final of the IBSF World Six Red Snooker Championship in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, on Tuesday. This win secures Iqbal’s place in the tournament’s final.
Iqbal dominated every frame, starting with a 49-18 win in the first. He continued to outplay Singh with scores of 38-34, 46-13, 40-31, 52-13, and completed the clean sweep with a 45-0 victory in the final frame, featuring an impressive 40-point break.
Singh struggled throughout, unable to win a single frame or challenge Iqbal’s momentum. The victory follows Iqbal’s 5-2 triumph over Cyprus’ Michael Georgiou in the quarterfinals.
With his dominant form, Iqbal is now one of the top contenders for the championship title in the upcoming final.
