On Monday, An anti-terrorism court in Lahore has ordered the arrest of PML-N leader Marriyum Aurangzeb and her appearance in court on December 9.
ATC Judge Abhar Gul has issued an arrest warrant for Marriyum Aurangzeb and instructed the concerned SHO to enforce the warrant in connection to a case involving an allegedly provocative speech made by her.
The court had previously issued a non-bailable arrest warrant for Aurangzeb due to her failure to attend the case hearing. Additionally, PML-N leader Mian Javed Latif is also implicated in the case. The court has directed Javed Latif and other accused individuals to appear in court for the next hearing scheduled for December 09.
The case was registered against the former information minister, Marriyum Aurangzeb, and other PML-N leaders at the Green Town police station.
