Along with musician Atif Aslam, actor Ameer Gilani recently stated that he will be part of an ISPR homage to commemorate Pakistan’s “brave warriors along the border.”
The actor, who was most recently featured in the television serial Sabaat alongside Mawra Hocane, learned about the homage after a fan reacted to Gilani on his Instagram Stories. “Finally, you’re undertaking an ISPR project,” a follower said. “As an army brat, I’m overjoyed by this news.”
“It’s an homage to Pakistan,” the actor said. “A one-of-a-kind.”
He subsequently revealed that vocalist Aslam was also involved in the project.
Gilani stated in a message to Images that the project is a music video that would air on Defence Day. “I’m not at liberty to reveal precisely what it is, but I can tell you that it’s a homage to our courageous warriors at the border and how equally human and family-oriented they are, or maybe,” he explained.
“The music video will be shown during a Defense Day event. Mohsin Kamal is the director. It was created by ISPR and Rock & Roll Productions. It would be shown on all or most channels in Pakistan “Gilani continued.
