The announcement by Azerbaijan’s national carrier to launch regular flights to Pakistan is a huge relief for travelers.

Azerbaijan Airlines, or AZAL, will begin service to Islamabad, Lahore, and Karachi on September 20th of this year.

Flights from Baku to Islamabad will be run on Wednesdays and Saturdays, while flights from Baku to Lahore will be offered on Mondays and Fridays.

The airline has stated that it will fly flights to Karachi on Thursdays and Sundays; the flights will serve to strengthen people-to-people contact between the two countries as well as encourage tourism.

In terms of Azerbaijan, it is popular among tourists. The country is located in the South Caucasus region and combines modernism and tradition.

It is well-known for its rich history and location at the crossroads of Europe and Asia. It has natural beauty with a variety of scenery ranging from the Caspian Sea coastlines to the Caucasus Mountains.

Baku, the capital, features both futuristic architecture and historical landmarks. Azerbaijani culture is a blend of old traditions and modern influences. Traditional music, dancing, and gastronomy all play important roles. Since gaining independence in 1991, the country has grown into a lively nation with a distinct blend of old-world charm and new-world aspirations.
