The Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education (BISE) Lahore has announced the schedule for the Matriculation examinations in the city, according to which the exams will commence on 29 July.
It has already issued roll number slips to the candidates.
The spokesperson for the board revealed that a total of 308,094 candidates will take the examinations, of which 158,347 are boys and 142,547 are girls.
“For the convenience of the students, 866 exam centers have been set up across the city,” the spokesperson added.
He highlighted that centers have been established in various areas for students of the Danish schools who will take the examinations.
The Lahore Board’s Intermediate Part-II examinations had started on 10 July. Around 189,529 candidates had taken them, of which 97,528 were girls and 92,001 were boys.
