On Tuesday, the Capital Development Authority (CDA) began operating a family-friendly bus service that will run from Bhara Kahu to Murree for one month.
At the Metro Bus Service’s Bhara Kahu terminal, the service was officially launched.
Shahid Khaqan Abbasi, Tariq Fazal Chaudhry, Hanif Abbasi, and CDA Chairman Mohammad Usman were also present for the opening ceremony.
According to sources, the bus service would be available to tourists for one month. Buses will run every one and a half hours this week, but starting the next week, they will only run on weekends.
The CDA states that visitors using the service will be charged Rs 100 for one side, while minors and people over 65 can use the facility for free.
The CDA has started the service through its subcontractor Faisal Movers, which is running its metro bus service. Tuesday saw the first bus leave from Bhara Kahu for Lower Topa.
