Earlier today, the Capital Development Authority (CDA Environment )’s Wing unveiled a New hiking trail in Islamabad’s Margalla Hills for hikers and visitors.
At 6 AM today, the civic body officially opened the five-kilometer Trail 7, which connects C-12 and Kainthia, Alexander Well. Captain Usman, the CDA Chairman, and Irfan Nawaz Memon, the DC for Islamabad, were in attendance.
After finishing the necessary restoration work, which included installing maps, milestones, and benches along the path, CDA also reopened “Trail 1” and “Trail 2” in the Margalla Hills to hikers and tourists earlier this month.
The Islamabad Wildlife Management Board (IWMB) established the Asian Leopard Preservation Zone earlier this year to safeguard and conserve a number of Asian leopards that have lately been spotted along Trail 6 of the Margalla Hills.
The Capital Development Authority’s chairman, Amir Ali Ahmed, opened the Hill Park on Third Road in Sector G-10/4, Islamabad, in March of this year.
