Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur met Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder in Adiala Jail, holding an extensive one-and-a-half-hour-long discussion.

Key Topics of Discussion:

According to sources, the meeting primarily revolved around political affairs and key party matters. Development projects in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa were also a major point of discussion, highlighting the government’s commitment to regional progress.

Additionally, the expulsion of PTI leader Sher Afzal Marwat from the party was brought up. A request for reconsideration of the decision was reportedly discussed during the meeting.

Engagements Outside Adiala Jail:

Upon reaching Jail Gate No. 5, CM Gandapur briefly stepped out of his vehicle and engaged in discussions with senior PTI leaders, including:

  • Musaddiq Abbasi
  • Haleem Adil Sheikh
  • Taimur Jhagra
  • Adil Bazai
  • Sohail Afridi
  • Samabaya Tahir

The chief minister also confirmed with jail authorities whether PTI leaders had the necessary permissions to meet the party founder. The staff confirmed that their names were indeed on the approved list.

PTI Leaders at Adiala Jail:

Several PTI leaders arrived at Adiala Jail to meet the party founder, demonstrating strong party coordination. Those in attendance included:

  • KP Ministers Sohail Afridi & Mushtaq Ghani
  • PTI Senior Leader Haleem Adil Sheikh
  • Brigadier (Retd.) Musaddiq Abbasi
  • PTI Leader Adil Bazai
  • Female Leader Samabaya Tahir
  • Taimur Jhagra

Following the high-level discussions, CM Ali Amin Gandapur departed from Adiala Jail, concluding what is seen as a crucial meeting for PTI’s political direction and internal matters.
