The Pakistani rupee saw a modest increase, rising 0.1% against the US dollar, during the initial trading hours on Wednesday in the interbank market.
Around 10:30 a.m., the rupee was trading at 279.30, up Re0.27 from the US dollar.
On Tuesday, the rupee experienced a decline, settling at 279.57 against the US dollar, as reported by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP).
