In the initial hours of trading on Thursday in the interbank market, the value of the Pakistani rupee increased slightly compared to the US dollar, gaining 0.06%.
At 10:30 am, the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) reports that the rupee was trading at 278.25, up Re0.16 against the US dollar.
According to the SBP report on Wednesday, the rupee slightly strengthened against the US dollar, closing at 278.41.
