In the early trading hours on Friday, the Pakistani rupee saw a slight rise against the US dollar, appreciating by 0.06% in the inter-bank market.
At 10:10 am, the rupee stood at 278.25, marking a gain of Re0.16 against the dollar, as reported by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP).
The previous day, the rupee had also shown a marginal improvement, closing at 278.41 against the US dollar, according to SBP data.
