Today saw the reopening of all public and private educational institutions in Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) (Thursday).
According to a notification issued by the education department, just half of the kids are permitted to attend school. All relevant authorities have been requested to ensure that coronavirus-related limitations and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are strictly followed, as well as that all teaching and non-teaching personnel and students are fully vaccinated.
Educational institutions in eight districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) have reopened under rigorous health-related standard operating procedures (SOPs).
After decreasing in COVID-19 instances, the teaching procedure will continue in Mardan, Peshawar, DI Khan, Malakand, Haripur, Swabi, Abbottabad, and Mansehra with 50% attendance.
It should be remembered that educational institutions in Punjab and KP were closed from September 6 to 11, however owing to an increase in cases, the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) prolonged the shutdown till September 15.
