How to use Your Naya Pakistan National Health Card?
- Step No. 1: Find out your Eligibility
To find out your eligibility for the Naya Pakistan Qaumi Sehat Card, SMS your National ID Card number to 8500.
- Step no. 2: Confirmation SMS
You will receive a confirmation SMS regarding where you can get your Qaumi Sehat card. It should be noted that the Qaumi Sehat card will be named after the head of each household.
- Step no. 3: Necessary Information and Documents
Determine the hospitals approved in your health program. Always keep these documents with you whenever visiting the listed health facilities:
- Naya Pakistan Qaumi Sehat Card.
- Real CNIC.
- B-form (In case of treatment of minors).
Note: Until you get your Qaumi Sehat Card, you can use your CNIC/B-form as your Sehat card at the registered facilities.
- Step no. 4: Contact SSP Counter for Further Assistance
Upon arrival at the hospital listed, you may contact the specific SSP representative counter for further assistance. The SSP staff will verify your National Health Card and will also guide you through the hospital’s divorce department for treatment.

- Step no. 5: Get Free Treatment
After the patient is admitted to the hospital, the cost of treatment will be borne by the Health Justice Card or National Health Card.

- Treatment of chronic diseases such as jaundice, black jaundice, hepatitis-B and hepatitis-C
- Thalassemia Diseases
- Pregnancy and maternity treatment
