A district and sessions court has issued a non-bailable arrest warrant for PTI chairman and former Prime Minister Imran Khan in a female judge-threatening case.
According to the details, the Judicial Magistrate Malik Aman issued the reserved decision after hearing Khan’s exemption request in the judge-threatening case.
The court rejected Imran Khan’s request for an exemption and directed him to appear in court on April 18 in connection with a case alleging that he threatened a female judge.

Earlier, a local court in Islamabad postponed until March 20 the non-bailable arrest warrants for PTI Chairman Imran Khan in the case involving the threat to a female judge.
In a case involving the use of threatening language against a woman, additional district and session judges, and top police officers, the court issued non-bailable arrest warrants for Khan.
Judge threatening case
On August 20, the PTI chairman condemned both the police and the court over the alleged torture of Shahbaz Gill while he was being held in custody and declared that his party would file lawsuits against Inspector General of Police (IGP) Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan, the DIG, and AD&SJ Zeba Chaudhry.
He was charged with offenses under the Anti-Terrorism Act and different sections of the Pakistan Penal Code (PPC). (ATA). The Islamabad High Court (IHC) also filed a complaint against him for disobedience to court.
