Pakistan’s low-cost carrier Fly Jinnah, owned and operated by the Lakson Group and the Air Arabia Group of the United Arab Emirates, has been granted permission by the government to operate on international routes.
This approval was given by the federal cabinet on the recommendation of the aviation ministry, as announced by caretaker Information Minister Murtaza Solangi.
Fly Jinnah has now received the green light to conduct flight operations to various international destinations, including Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Iraq, Malaysia, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, Turkey, and the UAE.
The airline is celebrating its first anniversary on October 31, marking a successful year of exceptional service and achievements. Over the past 12 months, Fly Jinnah has become a preferred choice for passengers, offering a network of domestic flights that connect major cities across Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar, and Quetta.
Since its inaugural flight on October 31, 2022, Fly Jinnah has consistently prioritized operational excellence and customer service. In its first year, the airline operated more than 4,370 domestic flights, ensuring a hassle-free and comfortable journey for passengers.
To enhance the travel experience, Fly Jinnah developed a user-friendly mobile app for passengers to easily book flights, track their journeys, and access essential services.
The Civil Aviation Authority recognized Fly Jinnah’s commitment to operational excellence, praising its punctuality and consistency during flights and ranking it as the country’s top airline.
As Fly Jinnah enters its second year of operations, it aims to continue expanding its reach, setting new trends in the aviation industry, and further enhancing the overall travel experience for passengers.
