KARACHI – Gold prices in Pakistan climbed on Tuesday, reflecting the upward trend in the international market.
According to data from the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of gold increased by Rs1,200 per tola, reaching Rs257,700. Similarly, the price for 10 grams of gold rose by Rs1,029, settling at Rs220,936.
On the global stage, gold saw a significant rise, with the per ounce price increasing by $19 to reach $2,458.
In contrast, silver prices in Pakistan remained stable, with per tola priced at Rs2,950 and 10 grams at Rs2,443.41.
The previous day, despite global increases, gold prices in Pakistan remained unchanged, with the per tola rate steady at Rs256,500 and the 10-gram price at Rs219,907.
