KARACHI – Gold prices in Pakistan decreased by Rs2,200 per tola on Thursday after hitting a record high.
According to data from the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA), the price of one tola of gold dropped to Rs261,500. The price for 10 grams of gold also fell by Rs1,886, now standing at Rs224,194. This decrease follows a peak of Rs263,700, which had seen an increase of Rs1,700 on Saturday.

In contrast, international gold prices surged to $2,516 per ounce, with a $20 premium, marking a $4 increase for the day.
