KARACHI – Gold prices continued their upward trend in Pakistan as the new business week began, aligning with increases in the international market.
According to data shared by the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of gold per tola rose by Rs200, reaching Rs275,700. Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold increased by Rs171, settling at Rs236,368.
In the international market, gold recorded gains of $3, trading at $2,659 per ounce.
Meanwhile, silver prices remained stable in Pakistan, with the per tola rate at Rs3,050 and the 10-gram rate at Rs2,614.88.
On Saturday, the price of 24 karat gold had increased by Rs1,600 per tola, reaching Rs275,500, while the price for 10 grams surged by Rs1,372, settling at Rs236,197.
