KARACHI – Gold rates in Pakistan experienced a slight decrease on Tuesday, following a drop in the international market.
According to data from the Sarafa Association, the global bullion market saw a $5 decline per ounce, bringing the price down to $2,498. This global reduction has directly impacted local jewelry markets.
In Pakistan, the price of 24-carat gold dropped by Rs1,000 per tola, settling at Rs261,500. Similarly, the price for 10 grams of gold fell by Rs857, reaching Rs224,194.
