KARACHI – On Saturday, gold prices in Pakistan decreased by approximately Rs2000 per tola, reflecting global market trends.
According to the All-Pakistan Sarafa Association, the price for one tola of gold has fallen to Rs261,500, while the cost for 10 grams of gold is now Rs224,194, down by Rs1,714.

Globally, gold prices have decreased by 0.8% to $2,495.86 per ounce, following a peak on August 20. U.S. gold futures also dropped by 0.7% to $2,524.60.
In addition, spot silver fell by 3.1% to $27.92, platinum decreased by 0.4% to $920.55, and palladium dropped by 3.1% to $913.00.
