The Alternate Energy Development Board (AEDB) has worked on accreditation guidelines for installers of solar-based and wind projects in the nation to work with the advancement and extension of environmentally friendly power sources.
The directorate of AEDB has now established new Alternative Energy Development Board (Certification) Regulations, 2021, powerful from Aug 30, 2021, as a component of “Simplicity of Doing Business” and for the advancement of perfect and efficient power energy.
Already, AEDB had supported the Certification Regulations in 2018 for protected, secure and quality-guaranteed supply of sun based and wind energy age tasks, items and frameworks and the establishment and overhauling thereof for limited scope mechanical, horticultural, business and private customers.
Under the Regulations, the AEDB completed accreditation of merchants, installers and specialist co-ops for the establishment of wind and planetary groups (both net-metering frameworks and off-matrix frameworks.
AEDB trusts new principles will go about as an impetus for the advancement of perfect, environmentally friendly power energy.
Simultaneously, AEDB has affirmed an aggregate of 126 sellers, installers and specialist co-ops who have introduced roughly 13,000
net-metering based frameworks all over the country with a total limit of in excess of 200 megawatts.
