Haniya Minhas, Pakistan’s youngest tennis player, has won the Asian Tennis Federation (ATS) Championship for the first time.
In her last group match, she beat Tunisia’s No. 1 player, Zeineb Jaiez, 6-0, 6-0, making history yet again.
She has made her country proud by achieving her position in the final 8 out of 24 finest females in the Tennis World Championship.
Haniya became the first Pakistani to be placed in the top three Asian Tennis Sports in January 2022. She accomplished this goal at the age of ten.
She competed in the Tajikistan Under-14 Sobir Cup ATF Tournament in Dushanbe. In the event final, she defeated Sumaya Tukhtaeva of Tajikistan 6-1, 6-0 in straight sets.
The 11-year-old tennis sensation from Karachi has a long list of achievements. She is the first girl in the World to Win 90 professional tennis tournament titles. She is the youngest in history and the first in Pakistan to win an Asian Tennis title.
