The Digital Learning and Skills Enrichment Initiative’s registration period for free online courses has begun, according to the Higher Education Commission (HEC)
In order to help Pakistani students develop new skills, the HEC is working with Coursera, a US-based online course provider, to offer online courses under the DLSEI. The last day to register for DLSEI is January 20, 2023, according to the information.
More than 6,000 online courses in a variety of subjects, including business, computer science, information technology, data science, language learning, biological sciences, and personal development are available to students and graduates.
About 100 of Coursera’s partners, including Amazon, IBM, Intel, Google, Yale University, Duke University, Imperial College London, and John Hopkins University, contributed to the creation of these online courses.
At the successful completion of the course, registered individuals can also get a certificate which can serve as proof for an employer that one is familiar with cutting-edge tools and skills needed for a competitive career globally.
