On Tuesday, Dr. Sohail Rajput, the chief secretary of Sindh, presided over a meeting to discuss the status of the M6 motorway project between Hyderabad and Sukkur.
The Hyderabad commissioner announced to the group that NHA will begin constructing the M6 motorway between Jamshoro and Hyderabad.
The chief secretary was informed by NHA authorities that construction on the M6 motorway will begin from both Hyderabad and Rohri. The officials also stated that the construction of the highway would be finished in 24 months.
The gathering was informed that a bridge over the River Indus between Jamshoro and Hyderabad would be built.
The chief secretary for Sindh gave the go-ahead for the construction on the massive project to move along more quickly.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif lay the M-6 motorway’s foundation stone in December of last year.
