Imran Khan, the chairman of the PTI, will lead the long march on Islamabad starting today (Friday) in an effort to “free the nation in a true sense.”
At 11 am, the long march would begin at Lahore’s Liberty Chowk and travel towards Muridke after passing through the Ferozepur Road, Icchra, Azadi Chowk, Mozang, and Data Darbar side.
The march is expected to proceed via Kamonki, Gujranwala, Daska, Sumbrial, Lala Musa, Khariyan, Gujjar Khan, and Rawalpindi before arriving in Islamabad on November 4. After the lengthy march, Imran and his followers plan to organize a sit-in in the federal capital to protest the coalition government led by Shehbaz.
This will be the PTI chief second march toward Islamabad after he was ousted via a no-confidence motion earlier this year.
