People around the world observe 17th October as a day where they see hope for poverty eradication. The world has set towards technological and economic development. More financial resources are enabled to the world today than ever before. However, these breakthroughs haven’t got succeeded in eradicating poverty from the world.
Consecutively, poverty is not restricted to an economic issue. It is more of a multifaceted complication that includes low income and incapability to obtain the basic requirements of life.
The poverty-stricken class cannot attain the basic amenities of living. Hence, they end up being deprived of their rights and dignity.
The poor work at the risk of their lives to maintain a living for their family. They work in dangerous conditions without caring for their safety enough. They don’t get their hands on nutritious food, they don’t find justice equal to the wealthy, and they don’t get the means of essential health care.
