Over the past 24 hours, Gaza’s health ministry stated that 178 Palestinians were killed, marking one of the deadliest days in the ongoing conflict. Israel’s military reported the death of a soldier in the clashes.
Clashes between Israeli forces and Hamas fighters occurred in various locations, ranging from Jabalia in the north to Khan Younis in the south, which has been a focal point of recent Israeli operations.
In the south of the Gaza Strip, Israeli planes intensified heavy bombing on Khan Younis, and the city resonated with explosions. Parts of the Khan Younis refugee camp were illuminated by explosions, with Palestinian health officials reporting one fatality and seven injuries in a specific airstrike as night fell.
