Nigerian military leadership expressed complete satisfaction with the performance of the JF-17 fighter aircraft on Thursday, saying that the aircraft, with its unique fighting capabilities, would prove to be a potent platform for addressing Nigeria’s security requirements, according to a statement from the military.
General Lucky Eluonye Onyenuchea Leo Irabor, the Chief of Defence Staff of the Nigerian Armed Forces, revealed this at a meeting with Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee General Nadeem Raza in Rawalpindi.
The discussion focused on bilateral defense cooperation, including security, military exchanges, training, and the current regional environment, according to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).
These mutually beneficial interactions, according to Nigeria’s Chief of Defence Staff, have deepened the bilateral defense partnership, strengthened cooperation, and improved mutual understanding between the two forces.
The chairman of the JCSC underlined Nigeria and Pakistan’s robust and long-standing bilateral defense ties.
The visiting dignitary expressed his entire satisfaction with the performance of Pakistan’s JF-17 fighter jets. According to the statement, he also stated that the JF-17 aircraft, with its unique fighting capabilities, will prove to be a powerful platform for meeting Nigeria’s security needs.
