Usman Dar, Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Youngsters Affairs, said on Monday that the federal government has completed the hiring of 30,000 youth under the Kamyab Jawan program.
According to Usman Dar, the initiative has resulted in the employment of 30,000 young people.
On Twitter, he published the data of young employment under the Kamyab Jawan program, stating that the specifics of loan distribution will be made public in a weekly report.
The SAPM also stated that he has chosen to release a weekly report on loan distribution details in order to collect the most recent information and evaluate the government’s performance.
Dar stated that loans totaling more than Rs25 billion were authorized for companies in the tourism, education, health, technology, technical skills, beauty services, and other sectors, with males receiving up to 83 percent of the loans and women receiving up to 17 percent.
According to the special assistant, the majority of the jobs were held by youth from Lahore, Bahawalpur, and Multan.
Earlier, Usman Dar said that the World Bank has volunteered to help the current government’s main initiative, the Kamyab Jawan Programme.
The statements occurred after the World Bank’s national chief, along with a team, paid a visit to Usman Dar and was briefed on the Kamyab Jawan Program. The delegation was pleased with the distribution of loans and the placement of young people in jobs.
The World Bank praised the Kamyab Jawan project for providing jobs to thousands of people and indicated a willingness to collaborate with Pakistan on public welfare.
The group had stated that they will soon create a comprehensive and practical method for assisting children.
It is worth noting that the Kamyab Jawan program has established a number of measures to assist young people, including 170,000 skill development scholarships and credit facilities of up to Rs50 million.
