Daud Kim, a Korean YouTuber, landed in Pakistan after performing Umrah.
Three years ago, the vlogger converted to Islam. He shared photos from the airport in Jeddah and his flight to Lahore on Instagram. He responded with a Pakistani flag emoji, “2 hours to obtain the ticket but Alhamdullilah I’m going.”
In another story, Kim posted a photo of himself with the caption in Urdu, “Mera intezar Karo. Mujhe Tumse Pyar hai Pakistan [Wait for me, I love you Pakistan]”.
Seated in the plane, Kim also took a photo of his traveling fit that included a Kakao friend’s peach AirPod case, a light grey colored thobe (a long-sleeved and ankle-length robe) with white slippers.
Kim, like any tourist, posted his pin upon arriving and said that he had “finally” arrived in Lahore. “I just arrived at my friend’s home, sleep first, and then I’ll make the plan,” he said in a snap after asking his followers what he needed to do in the city.
Finally, he said that he has always admired Pakistan and requested his fans for food recommendations.
In 2019, Kim embraced Islam and changed his name to Daud. The YouTuber, who lives in South Korea, has 3.38 million subscribers. We’re interested in his schedule and whether he’ll be making videos while in Pakistan.
